Felling a tree is a sad necessity. It is also an extremely dangerous activity to undertake without the correct training, equipment and experience. Westmorland Tree Care Ltd have been clear felling as well as felling individual or problem trees since 1995. Limiting the impact on surrounding trees and land, we aim to provide a high quality service to you and your environment.

Tree Advice

In the first instance, we will offer you advice when we come out to the site so that you are fully aware of all your options. You can find out more about the laws of the land when it comes to felling trees by visiting the South Lakeland District Council or Lancaster City Council websites. These are the councils with which we work most often.

Planning the work

It may be that there is a solution other than bringing the tree down, such as crown reduction, that would equally suit your situation. Although felling trees is a large part of our work, it is always a last resort!

Pricing

Each job is priced on an individual basis depending on the time and materials it will require. We will come to visit your property or site to meet you and discuss the best course of action. As a fully insured, fully kitted and fully qualified team, we can almost guarantee not to be the cheapest, but we do pride ourselves on our service level and attention to detail whilst working on your property.
